Unicorn Chat, Season 3! Those of you who haven't listened before this was something I did for awhile in the past and am picking back up again. It's an unscripted 10-15 minute chat about just different experiences, frustrations, or emotions and working through em! The first one of the new season is about Stress and ohhhh do I have plenty to say hahaha.

Today was a little bit of a hard day. The morning started off great but sometimes the worst feelings can hit at the worst moments. You don't have to avoid it though, sometimes you can tackle it head on and try to talk through it. This one is a little more intimate about Impostor Syndrome; the feeling that the person you are is a fraud in some way. I hope that however you feel and whatever struggles you go through this can help!

A whole new year means a whole BUNCH of new experiences and I'm terrified. I'm also extremely excited, here's to new things!

I'm just very lucky to have all the things I have. I can't wait to see what next year holds for me. Thank you, everyone, for everything you've done to help me to get a better place and I'm so happy to have you on the journey with me. 

I have rough patches but they never last too long! The important thing is to mow through them!

I feel...just so genuinely happy today. So good and so happy. My heart is just light and ready to grow and develop. Here we go! Together!

These are insanely tough things to deal with. Today I chat a little bit with how I manage them myself but also look at it like you aren't dealing with it alone. After this I'm gonna also start uploading the videos to youtube!
